摘要
通过KCl溶液控制的钛酸丁酯在乙醇中的水解制备了单分散的TiO2微球。采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对所制粉体的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明KCl溶液的加入抑制了钛酸丁酯水解过程中的团聚与长大,获得了尺寸分布均匀、单分散性较好的TiO2微球,并且随着反应体系中KCl浓度的增大,微球的尺寸逐渐变小。
The monodisperse TiO2 microspheres was pepared through tetrabutyltitanate hydrolysis in ethanol controlled by KCl solution. The morphology and structure of TiO2 microspheres were characterized by XRD a nalysis and SEM. The results indicated that the added KCl solution suppressed the agglomeration and growth of TiO2 in the hydrolysis of tetrabutyltitanate, obtained uniform and monodisperse TiO2 microspheres. As the KCl concentration in system increases, the size of the microspheres became smaller gradually.
