摘要
针对具体X-CT设备,研究了试件尺寸(放大倍率)对测试效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:当样品直径过大时,其空间分辨率和缺陷辨别能力将严重变差,直接带来二维切片质量和孔洞检测能力的下降。所检试件尺寸的增大,将以测试质量的下降为代价,因此,本设备所测试块尺寸建议不超出50 mm。
The effect of specimen size (magnification) on the test results were analyzed for the specific X-CT equipment.The results showed that the spatial resolution and the ability to identify defect will become deteriorated when the sample diameter is too large, and the 2D slice quality and holes detection capabilities will also be declined.Therefore ,the detected specimen size increasesthe test quality declines as the consideration.The specimen diameter for this equipment was recommended not to exceed 50 mm.
