摘要
目的通过对护士执业考试成绩的分析,深化高职护理基础课程教学改革,为护生进入临床工作打下更为坚实的基础。方法对护士执业资格考题类型、内容与答错情况进行统计分析,探索高职护理基础课程教学改革的有效切入点。结果研究发现学生执业考试答错率最高在基础与临床交界的桥梁题,而临床型考题的答错率最低,两者差异性有统计意义。结论基础课程教学质量与护士执业资格考试成绩呈正相关,说明整合优化护生基础课程的知识结构有利于护理临床工作质量的提高。
Objective This article aims to deepen the basic nursing courses reform in colleges by analyzing nurse licensing scores, in the hope of helping them laying a more solid foundation for clinical work. Methods By statistical analysis of Nurse Licensing Examination type, content and the wrong answer examples, it explored effective entry point of teaching reform. Results The study showed that students made the wrong answers most at the bridge problems of the basic and clinical junctions, but the least at clinical questions. The differences between the them were statistically significant. Conclusions The positive correlation between the teaching quality of basic courses and nursing licensing examination scores indicates that the optimization of knowledge structure in basic courses can improve the quality of clinical work for nursing students.
