摘要
笔者借鉴客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,简称OSCE)先进理念,在每轮实习同学出科前1周按照OSCE考核方案组织考试,有效检验医学生在我科临床实习的效果,同时又可以在一定程度上督促实习科室的临床带教质量,发现问题能够及时处理。
The author draw on objective structured clinical examination （Objective Structured Clinical Examination, referred OSCE） advanced concepts in each round before one week internship students appraisal program in accordance with OSCE organization of the examination, the effective testing of medical students in our department clinical practice results while a certain extent, can supervise internships sections of the clinical teaching quality, identify problems and timely treatment.
