摘要
尾矿的大量生产对我国的生态和环境造成了巨大威胁。尾矿的粒径在0.01~1 mm左右,处于细集料和胶凝材料之间。将尾矿用作微细化砂,可以填补细集料和胶凝材料之间的级配空档,从而优化体系整体级配。尾矿作为微细化砂可以降低砂浆用水量,改善砂浆工作性。将适量的尾矿与粉煤灰配合使用,可以制备较高的早期强度和后期强度的商品砂浆。
Large production of tailings has caused a great imperil to ecological and environmental system of China. The particle size of tailings ranges from 0.01 to 1 mm, the size of tailing is between the span of size of fine aggregate and cementing material. As micronized sand, tailings can fill the gradation gap between fine aggregate and cementing material thus optimizing the gradation of the whole mineral particle system. As micronized sand, tailings can reduce water consumption and improve the workability of mortar. Relatively high early and long term strength of the commercial mortar can be obtained with composite addition of an appropriate dosage of tailings and fly ash.
