摘要
针对设备抗大冲击并兼顾减振的防护技术要求提出一种多介质藕合型非线性隔振器的数学模型 ,该模型考虑了平方阻尼、线性阻尼、库伦阻尼及非线性弹性元件的藕合 ;通过巧妙的无量纲变换对模型进行了理论近似求解 ,并将理论求解结果与采用数值积分求解结果进行对比分析 ,分析表明理论求解是可行的 ,因此所推导理论公式为进一步针对多介质藕合型非线性隔振系统的研究奠定了基础。
A mathematical model of a multi medium coupling isolator is built to meet the demand of resisting vident impact and attenuating vibration.The model took the coupling of quadratic damping, viscosity damping, coulomb damping and nonlinear spring into consideration. The approximate theoretical calculating formulae are deduced by introducing ingenious transformation tactics .The calculating results are compared with those obtained by numerical integration. The analytical results is illustrated to confirm the validity of the approximate solution. So, the work lay a foundation for the future research of the multi medium coupling isolator.
