良性发作性位置性眩晕一家系11例 被引量：3

摘要 先证者（Ⅱ11）女，66岁，因“视物旋转5天”入院。5天前患者起床时发生视物旋转，恶心，呕吐胃内容物4次，伴心慌出汗，无耳呜及耳闷胀感，不敢睁眼，头部活动症状加重，
