新型压铸法制造铝基碳化硅复合材料影响因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用新型复合压铸法制备了铝基碳化硅复合材料。采用分次振动法充填一定比例不同颗粒细度的碳化硅粉末,装入成型模具压实后,浇铸铝液并采用新型压力渗透的方式压铸成型。使碳化硅的体积分数达62%,铝基碳化硅的制备效果随模具预热温度的升高,铝液的渗透效果越好。碳化硅颗粒大小对铝基碳化硅的品质、制造产生直接影响,主要影响铝液在碳化硅颗粒间隙中的渗透能力,对后续制备铝基碳化硅IGBT基板的工艺要求造成影响。 AI/SiC composite was prepared by adopting squeeze casting. The SiC powder consisting of a certain proportion of different fineness was filled into the mould on the platform vibrator, then the SiC powder was compacted, last A1 liquid was used to mold the product by pressure infiltration casting. The volume fraction of SiC reaches 62%, the effect of molding AI/SiC increases with the die preheating temperature increasing, in the case that liquid A1 is better penetration effect, SiC particle size makes direct impact on the quality of AI/SiC. It impacts the molten aluminum's infiltrability into SiC particles, and impacts the process requirements for A1/SiC IGBT basilar plate.
