摘要
采用Gleeble3500热模拟试验,研究了热压缩变形过程中塑性功转化热造成的温度升高对构建材料本构方程精确度的影响,并构建了带有温度补偿的材料本构方程。结果表明:高速压缩过程中(ε觶≥1s-1),由塑性功转化热造成的温升与真应变呈线性关系;构建带有温升补偿的本构方程可提高本构方程的精度。
The temperature increasing, the effects of plastic deformation work switch to thermal, by Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation, during hot compression on the accuration of materials' constitutive equation was studied. The construct material's constitutive equation with thermal compensation was built up. The conclutions indicate that the temperature increasing is related with ture strain . The constitutive equation with thermal compensation can increase the accuration of constitutive model.
