摘要
报表系统是呼叫中心信息化系统的重要部分。伴随着呼叫中心业务的不断拓展,传统报表系统无法灵活、动态地满足呼叫业务需求。提出了基于SOA的报表服务模型以及报表服务应用的实现方式,从而确保呼叫报表中数据源的一致性,同时为用户提供规范、统一的访问接口,实现各数据报表中数据的有效访问与共享。
Call Center Reporting System is an important part of the information system. With call center business continues to expand, traditional reporting system can not meet the business needs of the call flexibly and dynamically. This paper proposes an SOA-based models, and Reporting Services Reporting Services application implementation. Thereby ensuring consistency call report data sources, while providing standardized, uniform access interface, the achievement of an effective data report data access and sharing.
