摘要
使用脉冲氩弧焊方法对大型发电机转子25Cr2Ni4MoV补焊,通过对4种焊接材料的甄选,确定了与不同深度缺陷匹配的焊材选择方案。研究了脉冲氩弧焊补焊接头的力学性能及金相组织,结果表明焊缝的抗拉强度与冲击功达到与母材基本相近,通过合适的后热处理也可以在一定程度上降低热影响区的淬硬倾向。脉冲氩弧焊补焊接头性能可以满足转子运行工况要求。
The pulse-TIG was applied to conduct the repair-welding technology on the large-size turbine generator rotor made of the 25Cr2Ni4MoV. A proper program was selected through comparison one another among 4 kinds of welding materials based upon different defect depth.The strength characteristic and quench organization of the pulse-TIG were studied, coming with the conclusion that the weld joint tensile strength and impact ability approached close to those of the base materials. Quench harding in the heat-affected zone could be reduced into a certain level by the proper after-heating treatment. The characteristic of rotor processed by the repair-welding technology employing pulse-TIG, met with the requirement of the operating condition of the rotor.
