摘要
中韩建交20年来全国高校掀起了开设韩国语专业的热潮,韩国语专业毕业生的数量急剧增加,如何在量中求质,使其适应社会的发展,满足市场的需求,成为值得我们深思的问题。培养国际化复合型人才是应社会需求而产生的一种培养理念和培养思路。在分析培养国际化复合型人才必要性的基础之上,结合全国韩国语专业的发展现状与就业趋向的特点,参考韩国语专业应届毕业生及在校生的问卷调查结果,可以探索出一条符合专业特色并适应市场需求的韩国语专业人才的培养之路,并探索出具体的人才培养模式与实践道路,使韩国语专业的学生真正成为具有国际化视野的高层次、高素质的复合型人才,更好地立足于社会、服务于社会。
As more and more universities began to offer courses of Korean major during the 20 years of Sino-Korean diplomatic relations establishment, the number of graduates of Korean ma- jor has increased rapidly. How to guarantee the quality of the graduates and meet the demand of market has become an issue worthy of further exploration. To cultivate inter-disciplinary tal- ents is an ideology which aims to meet the requirement of society. Based on the analysis of the necessity of inter-disciplinary talent cultivation, and present situation of Korean major as well as the result of a questionaire involving the graduating students and students at school, it is possible to explore a route and new modes to cultivate talents suitable for the market, and make Korean majors the real high-qualitied interdisciplinary talents with international visions and serve the society better.
