摘要
本文提出了齿根弯曲应力分布过程精确计算的应力影响矩阵方法,该方法只须通过一次有限元计算,获得工作齿面所有网格结点轮流施加单位法向载荷时的齿根应力分布,通过多元插值和应力叠加,可以一次获得在误差与变载的实际工况下,随着载荷过程而变化的齿根三维应力的分布过程。
An approach using the stress effect matrix was developed, which could be used for calculating accurately the tooth bending stress distribution. By means of multi-elements interpolation and stress repeated addition, only one FEM calculation was needed, the time history of alternating 3~D bending stress distribution with varying loads could be obtained.
