摘要
目的建立葡萄酒中7种人工合成色素柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、赤藓红的定性、定量分析方法。方法葡萄酒样品直接稀释,高速离心后进样,以甲醇+0.01 mol/L乙酸铵为流动相,梯度洗脱分离,电喷雾电离(ESI),正离子方式,多反应监测扫描(MRM)定性和定量。结果样品处理简单,定性、定量准确,检测灵敏度高。回收率在82.5%~110.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.6%~5.5%,相关系数r2为0.9938~0.9998,检出限为5.0μg/kg^10.0μg/kg。结论该方法简单、准确、灵敏,适用于葡萄酒中7种人工合成色素的确证和定量分析。
Objective To establish a method for determination of seven synthetical pigments in port wine. Methods The port wine samples were diluted by ultrapure water. After high - speed eentrifugation, the solution was directly analyzed by HPLC using mobile phase of carbinol and acetic ammonium solution (0. 01 mol/L) mixture for gradient elution, confirmed and quantified in the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode via positive electrospray ionization(ESI). Results Sample treatment was simple and the method had strong qualitative and quantitative ability. The extraction recovery was between 82.5% - 110.0%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was between 0.6% -5.5%. The detection limit of the seven synthetical pigments was between 5.0 μg/kg - 10.0 μg/kg, and the correlation (R2 ) was between 0. 9938 - 0. 9998. Conclusion This method was found to be simple, aceurate and sensitive for determination of synthetical pigments in port wine.
