摘要
与1-丁烯共聚线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)相比,1-己烯共聚LLDPE具有更佳的力学性能、耐热性能及加工性能。制备1-己烯共聚LLDPE所需的主要催化剂有铬系、茂金属、齐格勒-纳塔催化剂等。LLDPE的主要用途是生产各种薄膜制品,以1-己烯为共聚单体的薄膜性能明显优于1-丁烯共聚产品。开发制备工艺简单、质量稳定、性价比高的1-己烯共聚LLDPE新产品已经成为国内研究及工业领域的重点发展方向。今后的研究应着力解决原料、催化剂选择与性能的优化,以及产品的回收利用等问题。
1-hexene copolymerized linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) exhibits superior mechanical properties, heat resistance and processibility in comparison with 1-butene copolymerized LLDPE. There are three major catalysts including chromium-based catalyst, Ziegler-Natta catalyst and metallocene catalyst for producing 1-hexene copolymerized LLDPE. LLDPE is mainly used to produce various films, among which, the films made of 1-hexene LLDPE have much better properties than the films made of 1-butene LLDPE. Development of 1-hexene LLDPE adopting simple preparation technology, stable quality and high cost performance has been key point for domestic research institutes and enterprises. The choice of raw materials and catalyst, performance optimization and recycling of products should be resolved in future research.
