摘要
采用活性染料以1∶5小浴比染棉织物,并与常规1∶10浴比染色进行对比,研究在相同得色量的情况下,染料用量、染浴中盐、碱浓度对染色性能的影响。结果表明,达到常规浴比染色的K/S值时,小浴比工艺所需的盐、碱浓度分别低于常规染色,且能够降低水耗和能耗,减少助剂用量。
Reactive dyeing in bath ratio 1:5 is compared with that in conventional bath ratio I : IO. The influences of dyestuffs dosage, concentrations of salt and alkali on dyeing performance are studied with the same color yield. The results show that the amounts of salt and alkali in low liquor ratio dyeing process are less than those in conventional bath ratio process to obtain the same K/S value. Low liquor ratio dyeing can reduce the consumptions of water, energy and additives.
