不同抗性大豆品种(系)感染SMV后可溶性糖和游离氨基酸的研究 被引量:10

摘要 大豆品种感染SMV后,感病植株各生育阶段(R1、R3、R5)单株可溶性总糖含量明显低于健株,叶片中总游离氨基酸含量明显增加。表明:SMV的侵染抑制了大豆碳水化合物的代谢,而促进了氨化物的代谢合成各种氨基酸,以利于 SMV的复制与增殖。天门冬氨酸(ASP)、异亮氨酸(ILe)、苯丙氨酸(PHe)、组氨酸(His)在感病品种中含量的显著增加,是大豆植株感病的又一生化症状。 After infection of SMV, the total soluble sugar in infected soybean plant at R1, R3 and R5 was obviously lower than that in sound plant, and the total free maino acid in leaves increased remarkably, which indicates that the infection of SMV inhibit the metabolism of carbohydrates and promote the metabolism of nitrogenous compounds and the synthesis of amino acids, being advantageous to the replication and propagation of SMV. The significant increase of amino acids of Asp lie Phe and His is another biochemical symptom of infected soybean plants.
