摘要
目的通过对1136例体检的男性退役工程兵心电图进行分析,探讨男性退役工程兵异常心电图的分布特点及检测的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2012年6月至7月河南省职业病防治研究院至河南省各地市对1136例男性退役工程兵进行健康体检的心电图资料,用统计学方法进行分类统计分析。结果异常心电图464例,占40.8%,ST-T改变在所有的异常心电图中发生率最高,为36.4%。年龄越大心电图异常率越高,各年龄段比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异常心电图与男性退役工程兵的年龄呈现一定的相关性,尤其是45岁以上人群,应定期进行心电图检查,以积极预防心血管疾病。
Objective To explore the male retired engineers’s distribution characteristics and the clinical significance of the abnormal electrocardiogram through the electrocardiogram analysis of 1136 cases of male retired engineers.Methods We went to many cities in Henan province to do healthy check up for male retired engineers from June 2012 to July 2012 and did retrospective analysis about the electrocardiogram data of 1136 cases of male retired engineers,using statistical methods to do classified statistical analysis.Results The abnormal electrocardiogram was 464 cases,accounting for 40.8%.ST-T change had the highest incidence rate in all the abnormal electrocardiogram,accounting for 36.4%.The older you got,the higher the rate of abnormal electrocardiogram.The comparative differences of each stage of age had statistical significance,P 0.05.Conclusion The rate of abnormal electrocardiogram has certain relevance with the age of male retired engineers,especially for the people over the age of 45,who should do regular electrocardiogram inspection,in order to actively prevent cardiovascular disease.
