摘要
目的:优选黄蜀葵花滴丸的成型工艺。方法:以药物与基质的配比、基质种类、滴制温度和冷凝柱长度为考察因素,以丸重变异系数和外观质量综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验优选黄蜀葵花滴丸的最佳成型工艺。结果:优选的工艺条件为药物与基质的配比1∶3,基质为聚乙二醇(PEG)4000与PEG6000(1∶0),滴制温度为70℃,冷凝柱长度为120 cm。结论:优选的工艺合理、可行,制得的滴丸成型率高,形状圆滑,大小均匀,符合滴丸质量标准。
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the preparation process for Abelmoschus manihot dropping pills. METHODS: The preparation process for A. manihot dropping pills was optimized by orthogonal test with the proportion of drug to matrix, types of matrix, dripping preparation temperature and the height of freeze-pillar as factors using variation coefficient of pill weight and appearance quality as index. RESULTS: Optimized preparation conditions were:ratio of drug to matrix was 1:3 (m/m); matrix was PEG4000 and PEG6000 was 1 : 0(m/m) ; temperature of dripping preparation was 70℃ ; the height of freeze-pillar was 120 cm. CONCLUSIONS: The technology is rational and feasible. Prepared drop pills are high in plastic rate, uniform size and smooth round shape, which is up to the quality requirements of drop pills.
