摘要
氯羟二苯醚为白色结晶粉末,以丙二醇溶解,再用水稀释制成消毒液。采用载体定量试验法,观察其杀灭微生物效果及影响因素。结果,用含氯羟二苯醚 200 mg/ L的溶液( pH 6.5)对不锈钢片表面金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用 3 min,对白色念珠菌作用 10 min,杀灭率均≥99.95%。杀菌效果因有机物增多、作用温度降低而下降,在消毒液 pH值为 3.0~7.0时无明显变化, pH值为 9.0时明显下降。该剂于 54℃下存放 14 d,杀菌作用无明显变化。
Trichlor-2'-hydroxydiphenyl-ether is a white crystalline powder. It was dissolved in propylene glycol and diluted with water to form a disinfectant solution. The carrier quanti- tative test was used to observe its germicidal efficacy and its influencing factors. The results indicated that the solution containing 2,4,4'-trichlor-2'-hydrxydiphenyl-ether 200mg/L (pH 6.5) could kill≥99.95 % of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia colt on surface of stainless steel coupons in 3 min and ≥99.97% of Candida albicans on surface of stainless steel coupons in 10 min. The germicidal efficacy decreased with increasing organic substances and decreasing the temperature, while it showed no significant change at pH value of the disinfectant solution ranging from 3.0 to 7.0 and decreased significantly at pH value of 9.0. Its germicidal efficacy did not change significantly after storing at 54t for 14 days.
