摘要
新课改的不断演进,对体育教师提出了新的要求。抛锚式教学起源于建构主义教学思想,相比于传统的体育教学方法有其自身的特点和优势,因此根据体育教学的规律和实际,将抛锚式教学应用于体育教学中,必将在一定程度上提高体育课堂的效果。
