摘要
综合考虑系统时变啮合刚度、综合啮合误差、啮合阻尼系数及轴承支承刚度等因素,建立功率分流行星齿轮传动系统动力学模型,应用数值方法对系统动力学微分方程组进行求解。并应用时域响应、相平面图、庞加莱映射图以及分岔图等分析方法,对系统进行动态特性分析。研究行星传动系统在参数变化时的系统动态特性,得到传动系统混沌运动的规律。
The planetary gear transmission system model is established where the time-varying stiffness, the mesh errors, the damp coefficient and bearing stiffness were considered. The system dynamic differential equation is solved by the numerical method. In paper, the nonlinear dynamics characteristics of system were discussed for different system parameters base on the time region response method, phase portraits, Poincare maps and bifurcation diagrams method. The chaotic motion was obtained.
