摘要
目的了解中山市网吧的卫生微生物污染状况,为疾病预防控制提供依据。方法随机选取中山市36间网吧采集360份空气样品和1 800份电脑的键盘、鼠标样品,并检测以下指标:空气中细菌总数、电脑键盘鼠标中细菌总数、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠菌群、沙门菌、绿脓杆菌、霉菌。结果 36间网吧室内空气的细菌总数均值为452±54cfu/m3;1800份电脑键盘和鼠标表面样品细菌总数均值为8 169±942cfu/cm2;键盘、鼠标表面样品中霉菌总数均值为2 938±326cfu/cm2;键盘和鼠标表面样品大肠菌群检出率为24.9%、金黄色葡萄球菌7.0%、沙门菌1.1%,绿脓杆菌未检出。结论中山市网吧的卫生状况不容乐观,键盘、鼠标微生物污染严重,各区镇微生物污染情况无显著差异。各有关部门应全面加强管理和做好消毒工作。
Abstract:Objective To survey the status of microorganism contamination of computers in netbar in Zhongshan city. Methods The 36 cyber bars in Zhongshan were selected and 360 air samples and 1 800 computer keyboards and mice were colleted for detection of microorganisms on the computers.The total bacterial count,Staphylocooeus aureus,SalmoneUa, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,mold and coliform bacteria. Results The average total bacterial count in indoor air was (452 :t: 54) cfu/m3.The detection rate of coliform on the 180 keyboards and mice was (8 169 :t: 942)cfu/era2 ,while that of mold and coliform were (2 938 :t: 326)cfu/emz and 24.9%.The detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella were 7.0% and 1.1%.No Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected. Conclusions The sanitary conditions in cyber bars in Zhongshan city is poor and the computers in net.bar are contaminated seriously. Thus the management of sterilization be strengthened.
