摘要
目的 探讨根管治疗二次法的临床疗效。方法 在根管治疗二次法中 ,用碘灭酚糊剂治疗牙髓坏死和急性根尖周炎患牙 2 6 0个。结果 术后 1年复查 12 0牙 ,成功 110牙 ,失败 10牙。结论 我们认为本方法术后反应轻 ,疗程短 。
Objective:To study the curatice effect of the 2 step treatment of root canal therapy.Method:260 teeth with pulp necrosis and acute apical periodonitis were operated by the indoform metranidazole guaiacai paste in the 2 step treatment of root canal therapy.Results:Checked 120 teeth after the operation in one year.of 110 cases were succeeded and of 10 failed.Condusion :It is considered that the treatment without serious postoperative reaction,short period and more reliable curatice effect of treatment on pulp necrosis and acute apical periodontitis. \ \
