摘要
目的 评价高压氧治疗对快速减压自由基增加的抑制作用。方法 SD大鼠经 6 0 0kPa压缩空气暴露后 ,分别用 1min作快速减压或 83min作缓慢减压。减至常压后第 2 0min ,快速减压的动物分别给以常压纯氧 (PO2 ≥ 95kPa)或高压氧 (PO2 ≥ 2 85kPa)治疗 30min ,第 90min时所有动物处死并取肺作匀浆。用电子顺磁共振技术测定肺匀浆液的自由基强度 ;用化学法测定超氧化物歧化酶活性、维生素C及丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 快速减压后肺组织自由基强度、MDA含量明显增加(P <0 .0 5 )。常压氧和高压氧作用后这些指标都达到对照水平。常压纯氧对维生素C无明显影响 ,高压氧使维生素C含量高于对照水平。结论 常压纯氧和高压氧对快速减压后自由基增殖有明显抑制作用 ,高压氧的作用大于常压氧。
Objective To evaluate the inhibitive effect of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on free radicals proliferation in rats suffered from rapid decompression.Methods Experimental rats were exposed to compressive air with 600 kPa for 60 min,then,they were rapidly decompressed in one min or slowly decompresed in 83 min respectively.At 20th min after reducing to normal pressure,the rats in rapid decompression group were separately treated with pure oxygen(PO 2≥95 kPa)or HBO(PO 2≥285 kPa) for 30 min .At 90th min,all rats were killed and the lung tissues were taken to make lung homogenate.The free radical intensity in lung homogenate solution was determined by EPR technique.The SOD activity,Vit.C and MDA level were detected with chemistry method.Results It was found that the free radical intensity of lung tissue and MDA level after rapid decompression were markedly increased(P<0.05).After treatment of 100% O 2 and HBO,the indexes as mentioned above were recovered.100% O 2 hadn't affected Vit.C level,but HBO could increase Vit.C level.Conclusion The study indicates that the 100% O 2 and HBO can inhibit the free radicals after rapid decompression,but the effect of HBO is superior to that of 100% O 2 .
