摘要
由硼、锌和精氨酸等组成的肥料吸收活化剂与肥料拌和施用 ,可在减少氮、磷、钾肥 15 %的情况下 ,明显提高烟叶光合速率、叶绿素含量和钾含量。烟叶成熟衰老过程中谷胱甘肽还原酶 (GR)活性及抗坏血酸 (AsA)、还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量降低 ,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶 (APX)呈现先上升后下降趋势。活化剂处理可提高APX、GR活性及AsA、GSH含量。表明活化剂提高光合作用与AsA GSH清除H2 O2 系统及钾素的吸收利用增大有关。
Tobacco( Nicotiana tabacum L.cv NC89)treated by fertilizer activating agent(a mixture of boron,zinc and arginine)with 15% decrease of normal N,P,K level markedly increased photosynthetic rate and contents of chlorophyll and potassium.During the maturation and senescence of tobacco leaves,the declined activity of glutathione reductase(GR)and contents of ascorbate(AsA),glutathione(GSH)were observed,while the activity of ascorbate peroxidase(APX)increased at first and then decreased.Treatment with activating agent increased the activities of APX,GR and contents of AsA,GSH.These results suggested that the increased photosynthesis by activating agent was related to the enhancement of AsA GSH H 2O 2 scavenging cycle and potassium absorption.
