摘要
目的探讨品管圈办法在降低监护室动脉血气分析标本采集缺陷中应用的有效性。方法选取2012年6月~2013年6月解放军总医院监护室在品管圈活动前后采集动脉血气分析标本各300例(次),成立品管圈管理小组,有序地发现问题、提出问题和解决问题,针对各种缺陷进行改进和处理,分析改进前后的有效性。结果品管圈活动实施后,血气分析标本中缺陷率(0.33%)显著低于实施前(9.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.273,P〈0.05),标本采集缺陷原因中位居首位的是标本凝固,其次是气泡较多、采集步骤不规范、标本污染、知识匮乏,实施后标本凝固率(0.33%)明显低于实施前(4.66%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论品管圈活动可以提高理论知识、熟练操作步骤,显著减少标本凝固、污染等血气分析标本采集缺陷,有助于提高工作效率。
Objective To discuss the application effectiveness of quality control circles (QCC) activities in reducing collection defects of arterial blood gas specimen in our hospital. Methods 300 cases of rate of defect collected before and after QCC were selected in intensive care unit of General Hospital of People's Liberation Army from June 2012 to June 2013, management team of QCC was established, problems were found, raised, and solved orderly, various defects were improved and treated for reasons of, and the validity was analyzed before and after improvement. Results After the implementation of QCC, the defect rate of blood gas analysis samples (0.33%) was lower than before QCC (9.33%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=9.273, P 〈 0.05), and the solidified specimens listed first in those causes of deficiency for specimen collection, followed by more bubbles, collecting step was not standardized,specimen contamination, lack of knowledge, the solidified rate after the implementation of QCC (0.33%) was lower "than before QCC (4.66%), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion QCC can enhance their theoretical knowledge, proficiency step, and significantly reduce the collection defects of specimen such as solidification, pollution, etc, which will help to improve work efficiency.
