摘要
CAD模型简化是CAX集成研究中的一个重要问题.文中提出一种简单高效的细节特征识别与抑制方法.该方法充分利用了特征参数和草图中所蕴含的细节特征信息,首先通过分析草图的有效区域及其参数、比较特征投影尺寸、识别草图中短元素等手段快速识别细节特征;其次通过建立特征依赖关系图及其更新规则,保证删除细节特征时CAD模型的拓扑完整性;最后给出了特征重构时的草图更新方法.实验结果表明,文中方法能快速识别并抑制模型中的细节特征,实现CAD模型的简化.
The simplification of CAD models is an important issue in the research of CAX integration. A simple and efficient method of recognizing and suppressing detailed features is proposed. The method uses sufficiently detailed feature information implied in feature parameters and sketches. Firstly, hy analyzing the effective part of sketch and its parameters, comparing the projective size of feature and finding the short sketch elements, detailed features are recognized. Secondly, by building the relation graph of features and the updating rules, the integrity of topological structures is maintained. Lastly, the rules of updating sketches are given when reconstructing the feature. Experimental results show that the above-mentioned method can recognize and suppress detailed features rapidly and implement the simplification of CAD model.
