摘要
美国"领导力"的概念经历了从工业时代到后工业时代的转变,这一转变影响了美国大学生领导力教育理论的发展。本文重点介绍了深受后工业时代"领导力"概念影响的社会改变模型和领导力挑战模型,并根据在美国哈佛大学、耶鲁大学、斯坦福大学、麻省理工学院、伯克利大学和哥伦比亚大学的实地调研,呈现深受两个模型影响的美国大学生领导力教育实践。
The concept of "leadership" has changed from the industrial age to the post-industrial age in the United States. The change has affected the theory and educational practice of college students' leadership development. This article introduces the social change model and leadership challenge model, both affected by the "leadership" concept in the post-industrial age. The paper also presents the educational practice aimed to develop students' leadership at Harvard, Yale, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, and University of California, Berkeley, all under the influence of the two models.
