摘要
阐述处于新信息环境中的大学图书馆所面临的严峻挑战及应变策略。首先客观地分析大学图书馆所处外部环境的巨大变化,指出大学图书馆要想在变化的环境中继续生存并保持旺盛的生命力必须与时俱进,不断创新,以实际行动巩固自己的地位;其次,深入地研究大学图书馆应采取的变革策略,提出大学图书馆应紧紧围绕为用户服务这一宗旨,对传统图书馆的服务理念、资源建设、服务方式、服务内容等实施改革和创新。
This paper describes a lot of serious challenges faced by university libraries in the new information environment and their corresponding response strategies. Firstly, it objectively analyses great changes in the external environment which university libraries faces. Then it points out that they must be progressive and innovative, to survive and maintain vitality and consolidate their position. Thirdly, it has a close insight into the reformation strategies that the university libraries should take, and proposes that they should focus on improving customer service and carrying out reformation and innovation on various aspects of services ideas, resources construction, service mode and contents of traditional libraries.
