摘要
高职教师的专业能力研究必须体现职业院校教师专业化内涵和特点,从学历、能力、成就、领导力等职业内涵和专业知识、专业实践、专业文化等专业要素维度,研究高职教师应该掌握的专业理论、实践能力和教育教学方法,在分析确定高职教师专业能力内涵的基础上,讨论提升广东高职市场营销教师专业能力的培养和评价。
The professional ability research of higher vocational teachers should embody the vocational teachers" professional connotation and characteristics. The paper studies the professional theories, practice ability and teaching methods of higher vocational teachers from the aspects of occupation connotation which includes education background, ability, achievement and leadership, and professional elements which include professional knowledge, practice and culture. Based on the above analysis, promoting professional ability training and assessment of marketing teachers in Guangdong higher vocational colleges is discussed.
