摘要
马铃薯脱毒苗网室扦插方式是影响试管苗成活率的关键技术之一,扦插密度是原原种高产高效栽培技术体系中的一个关键环节。试验采用不同扦插方式及扦插密度进行微型薯扩繁,结果显示:采用镊子扦插,在密度5cm×5 cm时,能显著提高试管苗的成活率和微型薯产量,达到降低微型薯生产成本的目的,此处理组合为繁育微型种薯的最佳生产方式。
Virus-free hypocaust cuttings are one of the key technologies to affect the survival rate of test-tube plantlet of potato. The cottage density is a key link to the repertoire of high-efficient and high-yield cultivation. This experiment used different cottage pattern and density to expand propagation of micro-Potato. The result show that by using the tweezers with cottage density of 5 cm×5 cm, both the survival rate and the yield were significantly improved, the combine of which was the best production mode for breeding the micro-potato, as well as cuttting down the cost of production.
