腰椎Modic改变性别差异的Meta分析

摘要 目的用荟萃(Meta)分析分析MR/上腰椎Modic改变有无性别差异,为Modie改变病因的研究提供依据。方法通过计算机检索PubMed、CENTRAL、OVID、CNKI、CBM和万方等国内外数据库,搜集有腰椎间盘退行性病变或椎间盘源性腰腿痛患者,观察腰椎间盘Modic改变与性别有无关系。按纳入和排除标准由两人独立进行文献的筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,采用STATA11.0软件进行Meta分析。结果经筛选,共11篇文献纳入Meta分析。合计共有女性3456例,男性3940例。选择随机效应模型进行分析,男性和女性Modic改变发生率比较,RR值为1.35(95%a1.17~1.57)。结论现有证据提示,对于腰椎Modie改变,有性别差异,女性Modic改变发生率比男性高。 Objective To synthetically evaluate the association of gender and attack rate of Modic changes (IV[C) on the lumbar with Meta analysis, for providing the basis about the etiology of Motile changes. Methods A search in PubMed, CENTRAL, OVID, CNKI, CBM and WANFANG was performed to identify relevant English and Chinese language articles, respectively. We collected the patient who due to the lumbar disc degenerative diseases or lumbago-leg pain for clearing the relationship between Modic changes and gender. After study selection, assessment and data extraction conducted by two reviewers independently, recta-analyses were performed by using the STATA 11.0 software. Results After screening ou~ a total of 11 papers were meet our inclusion criterion for Meta-analysis. There were 3456 women and 3940 men. Comparing the prevalence of male and female by random effects models RR=l.35, 95% C1 1.17-1.57. Conclusion There is a significant difference in attack rate of Modic changes with different gender, and female is more susceptible.
