摘要
以"日本红珍珠"樱桃番茄为试材,对4叶1心期的樱桃番茄幼苗采用自然失水的干旱胁迫处理,研究了干旱胁迫对樱桃番茄叶片生长状况及气孔张开率、叶绿素含量等的影响。结果表明:随着处理植株土壤含水量下降,叶片含水量、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶面积都出现了下降趋势,且在胁迫4d后下降速率加快,叶片生长出现明显变慢趋势;气孔张开率也出现持续下降趋势,在胁迫4d后下降速率加快;叶绿素含量随土壤含水量的降低出现先上升后降低的趋势,高峰出现在胁迫开始后的第8天。
Taking Lycopersicom esculentum var. cerasiforme of 'Japanese red pearl' as material, the seedlings with four leaves were treated by drought stress, the leaves growth, stoma opening rate and chlorophyll content were studied. The results showed that with the soil water content decreasing the leaves water content,leaf length,leaf width,and leaf area decreased. They decreased quickly since they were stressed for four days, and the leaves grew slowly obviously. The stoma opening rate decreased too, and the decreased rate was quickly after stressed for four days. The chlorophyll content increased firstly,then decreased. The maximum of chlorophyll content existed on the eighth day since stressed.
