摘要
以4种砧木(A1、A1d、M26和平邑甜茶)嫁接的烟富6和烟富3苹果为试材,对其果实大小及品质进行了比较。结果表明,烟富3或烟富6,嫁接在A1、A1d砧木上的单果质量和果实硬度均较高,但不同砧木上的果实果形指数无显著差异;嫁接在A1d砧木上的果实可溶性固形物含量较高;维生素C含量以烟富6/A1和烟富3/A1d组合较高;各种糖组分含量以烟富6/A1d和烟富3/平邑甜茶组合较高。可滴定酸含量均以M26砧穗组合最高,以烟富6/A1d和烟富3/A1含量最低,且差异显著。
Using Yanfu 3 and Yanfu 6 apple trees grafted on 4 kinds of rootstocks( A1,A1d,M26 and M. hupehensis) as materials,the fruit size and quality were compared. The results showed that the single fruit weight and fruit firmness of Yanfu 3 and Yanfu 6 grafted on A1 and A1d were higher. But the fruit shape index on 4 kinds of rootstocks had no significant difference. The fruits grafted on A1d had higher soluble solid content. The Yanfu 6/A1 and Yanfu 3/A1d combinations had higher VC content. The Yanfu 6/A1d and Yanfu 3/M. Hupehensis combinations had higher monosaccharide content. The combinations containing M26 had the highest titratable acid content,while Yanfu 6/A1d and Yanfu 3/A1 had the lowest,and the difference reached significant level.
