摘要
为解决蓝莓繁育困难问题,选配改进后的现代温控仪表和适宜的湿度、光照监测仪表,研制了蓝莓扦插育苗专用的时序喷淋控制器,连续2年用于蓝莓新梢温室扦插育苗环境控制,取得预期效果。插后90天,蓝莓新梢插穗生根率高于96.00%,每株平均生根数多于6.91条,插穗死亡率低于4.00%,新苗壮苗率大于93.90%,与传统的蓝莓枝条扦插和组培繁育相比,育苗周期和成本显著降低。
To solve the difficulty of breeding blue berry,the improved temperature control instrument and suitable humidity and light monitor instrument were used to develop a spraying controller specific for blue berry cutting propagation. This system had been used to control the environmental factors in cutting propagation of blue berry new shoots in greenhouse for 2 years and had achieved the desired effects. After cutting for90 days,the rooting rate of blue berry new shoot scions was more than 96. 00%; the average root number per plant was more than 6. 91; the death rate of scions was lower than 4. 00%; and the strong seedling rate of new seedlings was more than 93. 90%. Compared with traditional shoot cutting propagation and tissue culture of blue berry,the seedling period and cost significantly decreased.
