摘要
质量监督是实验室实施质量管理的一项重要的管理技术。质量监督就是为了确保满足规定的要求,对实体的状况进行连续的监视和验证,包括为防止实体(如过程)随时间推移而变质或降级所进行的观察和监视,并对记录进行分析,控制发生偏离或出现不符合项。通过分析张家港市疾病预防控制中心有效实施质量监督内容和方法,提出了质量监督可以成为疾病控制检测实验室做好质量保证的常态性管理;是实验室确保质量管理效果的重要保障;做到足够的监督才能使实验室确保质量管理体系正常运行;以质量监督方式的拓展实行疾病控制的全面质量管理(TQM)。
Quality supervision is an important technique of laboratory quality management. In order to meet the requirements of regulations, quality supervision refers to a continuous monitor and verification of the conditions of the entities, including the observation and monitor to prevent the entities （ e. g, the process ） from deteriorating or degrading over time, and the analysis of the records to control deviation or variant. By analyzing the contents and methods about the efficient conduct of quality supervision in Zhangjiagang Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the paper puts forward the opinion that quality supervision can become the normal management for disease control and surveillance laboratory to assure the quality. Quality supervision is also the major guar- antee for quality management effect in laboratory. Only by enough supervision can the laboratory~ quality management system work smoothly. The total quality management （ TQM ） of disease control is conducted by means of quality supervision.
