摘要
船用恒张力液压绞车是海洋作业船舶上最主要的拖拉和起货元件,主要功能就是在复杂的海洋环境下拖拉重物时最小化负载的尖峰张力,其基本控制方式是由一个嵌入液压绞车系统回路的可调式压力溢流阀组成。在简要介绍了各种不同的恒张力控制系统的基础上,描述了被动式恒张力液压绞车的工作原理及操作方法,分析表明使用恒张力控制方式极大的减小了液压绞车上的钢丝绳张力频率和峰值,并有效的改善整个绞车在海洋上的作业能力。
Marine constant tension hydraulic winches are a major component of most towed or hoisting system used on ships.The main function is to minimize peak tension loads encountered while towing heavy cargo in rough sea conditions.The basic control unit consists of an adjustable pressure relief valve inserted in the hydraulic circuit of the winch.In the base on brief introduction of various constant tension control system,described the working principal and method of the passive constant tension hydraulic winch.Analysis results showed significant reduction in the cable tension frequency and peaks and marked improvement in the towed system behavior.
