Hoffa骨折手术治疗6例 被引量：1

摘要 目的：探讨Hoffa骨折的临床特点、治疗方法及疗效。方法：对6例6髁 Hoffa骨折行切开复位内固定术，内固定选择单独应用拉力螺钉或联合应用侧方支持钢板或后方抗滑钢板。结果：所有患者获平均8．7个月随访，骨折未发生移位，均获得骨性愈合，时间为10～40周，术后功能评估：优良率83．3％。结论：Hoffa骨折临床少见且易漏诊，手术治疗选择拉力螺钉或（和）锁定钢板固定，可取得良好疗效。
