摘要
目的观察非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)及癌旁组织中Shh和Gli-1蛋白的表达,探讨Shh和Gli-1异常表达与NSCLC之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测NSCLC及癌旁组织中Shh和Gli-1蛋白的表达。结果 Shh和Gli-1在癌旁组织中低表达,但在NSCLC中表达明显增强。Shh、Gli-1蛋白的表达与癌组织分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关,分化程度低、淋巴结转移阳性者,表达增强明显。但与组织学分型无关。结论 Shh和Gli-1蛋白的异常表明Hedgehog信号通路可能参与了NSCLC的发生、发展过程。
Objective To study the expression of Shh and Gli-1 in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its adjacent tissues and the correlation of abnormal Shh and Glil expression with NSCLC. Methods Expressions of Shh and Gli-1 in NSCLC and its adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression levels of Shh and Glil were lower in adjacent tissues of NSCLC than in NSCLC, and significantly correlated with the differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of NSCLC but not with the histological types. Conclusion Abnormal expressions of Shh and Gli-1 indicate that the Hedgehog pathway may be involved in the occurrence and progression of NSCLC.
