摘要
波士顿事件的发生让社会大众重新关注和审视在体育赛事中出现的恐怖事件。从慕尼黑到波士顿,从绑架运动员到爆炸袭击,恐怖袭击活动在体育领域内开始有抬头的趋势,它不仅严重干扰了体育赛事的正常进行和体育精神的传播,更是对赛事参与者生命健康权的无视与践踏。通过对体育领域内恐怖事件的整理来分析其产生的原因,并借鉴了国外相关的法律解决机制,进而得出对可能存在隐患的我国体育赛事运行程序和安保措施的针对性建议,力求为我国体育安全增加保障。
The attack in Boston caused our attention and examination about terrorists events in sports games. From Munich to Boston, from kidnapping athletes to attacking, terrorist assaults begin to rise. It not only seriously interferes the normal progress of sports events and the spread of sports spirits, but also tramples on participants＇ life rights and health. Based on the review of the terrorists in sports field and analysizing the causes, this article draws lessons from foreign legal mecha- nism, and then provides advices to our country about running the programs and security measures, so that to raise security for sports safety of our country.
