摘要
研究不同剂量的蛹虫草米对小鼠免疫功能的影响。取48只初始体重(20±2)g的SPF雄性小鼠,随机分为4个处理组,分别饲喂含有0(基础日粮)、5%、10%、15%蛹虫草米的日粮。42 d试验结束,采血后处死小鼠,测定胸腺指数和脾脏指数并制取肝脏组织匀浆;测定血浆和肝脏组织中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、M(IgM)及细胞因子白细胞介素4(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量。结果表明,日粮中添加15%蛹虫草米,可显著提高小鼠血浆和肝脏组织中IgG、IgM、IL-4及IFN-γ的含量,说明添加蛹虫草米能够显著提高机体的体液免疫功能。
Effects of the Cordyceps militaris rice on immune function in mice were investigated. Totally 48 SPF male mice with the body weight of (20±2) g were randomly divided into 4 groups. Mice were fed based diets containing 0, 5%, 10% and 15% Cordyceps militaris rice respectively during a 42 d experiment. Blood samples were collected on 42 d before all mice were slaughtered to determine the index of immune organs and to collect liver tissue samples. Plasma and liver tissue concentrations of IgG, IgM, IL-4 and IFN-γ were evaluated. The results showed that the plasma concentra- tions of IgG, IgM, IL-4 and IFN-γ in mice with the dietary supplement of 15% Cordyceps militaris rice were increased. The results suggested that Cordyceps militaris rice could improve the humoral immune function in mice.
