摘要
以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌等8种致病菌为供试菌,探讨南五味子不同溶剂提取物对致病菌的抑制作用。结果表明:水及乙醇提取物对8种致病菌均有良好的抑制作用,且乙醇提取物的抑菌活性大于水提取物。乙醇提取物对蜡样芽孢杆菌的抑制效果最好,抑菌圈直径达32.04 mm。乙醇提取物对蜡样芽孢杆菌、宋内氏志贺氏菌的MIC值和MBC值最低,分别为15.62 mg/mL和31.25 mg/mL。乙酸乙酯提取物仅对等G+菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、宋内氏志贺氏菌)具有较好的抑制作用。石油醚提取物对8种致病菌均没有抑制作用。定性分析显示,南五味子乙醇提取物含有黄酮、多酚、甾体、三萜、生物碱、香豆素与内酯等化合物。结论:南五味子乙醇提取物含有多种抑菌物质,对8种致病菌的抑制作用最强。
The aim was to study the antimicrobial activity of different solvents extracts from Kadsura longipeduncula- ta fruit. The extracts of 100 mg/mL had different antibacterial activity. The water and ethanol extracts had prominent an- tibacterial activity. The ethyl acetate extract had prominent antibacterial activity on gram-positive bacterium. The petroleum ether extract had noneffective on the test organisms. The ethanol extract showed better antibacterial activity than other extracts. The ethanol extract had most prominent antibacterial activity on Sh.sonnei. The antimicrobial diameters was greater than 32.04 mm. And the MIC and MBC were 15.62 mg/mL, 31.25 mg/mL. The chemical tests result showed the ethanol extract had flavonoids, polyphenols, steroids or triterpene, alkaloids, coumarone and inside the ester, et al. The ethanol extract had kinds of antibacterial material. The ethanol extracts had the best antimicrobial activity on pathogenic bacteria.
