摘要 目的探讨应用CBS联合PBL护理教学查房模式在提高内科低年资护士评判性思维能力的效果。方法对102名参加工作5年以下的内科低年资护士进行为期13个月的CBS联合PBL护理教学查房培训。在培训前后分别采用评判性思维能力测量表对其评判性思维能力进行评价。结果培训后内科低年资护士评判性思维能力总分及各维度得分均高于培训前(P<0.01)。内科低年资护士对CBS联合PBL护理教学查房模式的满意度高于传统护理教学查房模式(P<0.01)。结论 CBS联合PBL护理教学查房培训能够提高内科低年资护士评判性思维能力,是一种较理想的在职培训法。 Objective To explore the effects of nursing teaching ward rounds based on case-based study( CBS) combined problem-based learning( PBL) in improving critical thinking abilities of internal junior nurses. Methods Totally,102 junior nurses of less than 5-year work experience were trained by nursing teaching ward rounds based on CBS combined PBL for 13 months. Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version( CTDI-CV) was used before and after training to evaluate their critical thinking abilities. Results The scores of critical thinking abilities were obviously higher after training than before( P <0. 01). The satisfaction degree of junior nurses about nursing teaching ward rounds based on CBS combined PBL was higher than traditional nursing ward rounds( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Nursing teaching ward rounds based on CBS combined PBL is an ideal inservice training method,and can improve critical thinking abilities of internal junior nurses.
