摘要
目的:探讨护士心理授权与职业倦怠及离职意愿的关系,为缓解护士职业倦怠和离职意愿提供干预的依据。方法:采用护士心理授权量表、护士职业倦怠量表和离职意愿量表对泰安市三级甲等综合医院650名护士进行问卷调查,探讨三者之间的关系。结果 :护士心理授权与职业倦怠及离职意愿均显著相关(P<0.01),护士心理授权在职业倦怠和离职意愿之间起中介作用。结论:建议重视护士心理授权水平,特别要重视工作6~10年护士心理授权水平的提升。
Objective:To explore the relationship between psychological empowerment,turnover intention and job burnout among 650 nurses and to provide reference for the new measures to relieve nurses’ turnover intention and job burnout.Methods:The Psychological Empowerment Scale,Job Burnout Scale and Turnout Intention Scale were used to investigate 650 nurses at 3generaltertiaryhospitalsinTai-an.Results:Thereweresignificantrelationshipsbetweenthenurses’ psychologicalempowerment,turnover intention and job burnout(P&lt;0.01).It shows that nurse’ psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role between the turnover intention and job burnout.Conclusion:We should pay attention to improve the nurses’ psychological empowerment,especially the nurses with 6-10 years working experience.
