摘要
目的 揭示脑血栓住院病人在不同级别医院在病情相同、治疗转归相同的情况下医疗费用和住院天数的差异。方法 利用 1997年卫生部统计信息中心病案首页数据库中 111家医院的脑血栓患者住院病人的资料 ,ICD- 9代码为 434 ,共 15 0 5 2例 ,采用描述性的分析方法。结果 在病情与转归相同的情况下级别越高的医院医疗费用越高、住院天数越多 ;6 0 %以上的病人是 6 0岁以上的老年人。结论 控制医疗费用的重点在级别高的医院 ,防治该病的重点是 6 0岁以上老年人。
Objective To expose the differences of the cost and days for treating the inpatients of occlusion of cerebral arteries in different class hospitals in China Methods The data of records of inpatients of occlusion of cerebral arteries in 111 hospitals in 1997 was used, the cases of 15 052 were analyzed. The descriptive method was applied. Results For the same conditions of inpatient, the higher the hospital level,the more the cost So did the days of treating in hospital. More than sixty percent of inpatients were the sixty years old and over. Conclusion Controlling the expenditure should focus on higher level hospital. The people of 60 years old and over should be the focus of health care of this disease.
