摘要
目的 在内科住院医师规范化培训学员临床能力评估中引入迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)工具并评价其效果.方法 以湖北医药学院附属太和医院内科43名住院医师规范化培训学员为研究对象,17名临床教师应用修改后的Mini-CEX测评表,对43名住院医师规范化培训学员的病史采集、体格检查等7项临床核心能力进行评估,双方反馈对Mini-CEX测评的满意度.结果 体格检查与其他6项评估指标呈高度正相关;Mini-CEX测评各项指标分数构成有差异;教师和学员对本次Mini-CEX测评的满意度均达90%以上.结论 在内科住院医师规范化培训中引入Mini-CEX测评,临床教师可以直接观察学员整个临床工作的过程,有利于引导学员临床培训的方向,并监督临床培养过程形成动态书面评价.
Objective To introduce Mini-CEX assessment tool and evaluate its effect in interns' clinical competence assessment of standardized residency training of internal medicine.Methods The object of study was 43 new interns who major in internal medicine engage in the standardized residency training.17 clinicians used the modified Mini-CEX with 7 factors of clinical core competence,including medical history taking and physical examination,etc,to evaluate the interns then made a feedback of satisfaction to the assessment.Results Physical examination showed positive correlation with the related six objective indicates,there was difference in scores composition of each index which were assessed by MiniCEX.The satisfaction of the teachers and interns for this assessment of Mini-CEX was up to 90%.Conclusions The assessment with the Mini-CEX in the standardized residency training of internal medicine makes it possible that the clinicians can observe the process of the student' s clinical work.Hence is beneficial to guide the student' s clinical training and supervise the process of clinical training and make dynamic written evaluation.
