摘要
本文以Q公司为研究案例,分析工作积分制绩效考核制度在具体的企业实践过程中存在的问题,并通过量化分析剖析了原因,提出了解决对策,对企业绩效考核管理实践具有一定的借鉴意义。
Company Q implements employees assessment by way of "work system", which wants to pursue justice and objective through the quantitative method, and then playing a role of better incentives to employees. Seemingly, this kind of appraisal system has many unique characteristics, but after careful analysis, many defects about this system will be found, the prominent problems are the followings: employees having no equal employment rights, no one being willing to undertake difficult tasks, the integral weight tends to punishment, team members becoming disunity, the coefficient of job role being lack of scientific features. Therefore current system must be improved and more perfect "work system" must be created, in this way both enterprises and employees are able to achieve the goal they want to realize.
