摘要
改性乳化沥青性能与所用聚合物改性剂类型密切相关。选取4种SBS和2种SBR改性剂分别制备SBS改性乳化沥青、SBR改性乳化沥青以及SBS-SBR复合改性乳化沥青,对其乳化难易程度和蒸发残留物性能进行比较。结果表明:通过充油处理的星形SBS-4制得的改性乳化沥青效果最好,可以明显改善乳化沥青的高温和低温性能。
Modified emulsified asphalt performance is closely related to the polymer modifier type. Four kinds of SBS and two kinds of SBR modifiers are prepared for SBS modified emulsified asphalt, SBR modified emulsified asphalt and SBS-SBR compound modified emulsified asphalt respectively which are compared the difficulty of those emulsification degree and the evaporation residue performance. The results show that SBS- 4 is the best Polymer Modifier which can significantly improve high-temperature performance and low temperature performance of emulsified asphalt modified emulsified asphalt.
