摘要 液压支架在大倾角工作面条件下,由于支架的重心方向与支护阻力方向形成较大夹角,支架会产生下滑的分力,同时支架的重心方向可能偏出支架的底座,由此产生支架歪倒的可能性。本文通过对赵各庄矿业公司3372大倾角综采工作面液压支架稳定性进行研究,分析了大倾角综采工作面的顶板运动规律及支架的受力情况。提出了工作面液压支架相应的防倒防滑改进措施,为实现3372大倾角综采工作面安全高效的回采提供了理论依据。 the hydraulic support big dip in tilt mining working condition, the resuh of stents not the center of gravity of the direc- tion and support resistance direction Angle formed bigger, stents, will produce the decline of reality, and the center of gravity of the stent direction may wide from the base of the stents, which produce stents slanting down, support working resistance enough play the possibility. This article through to the zhaogezhuang mineral industry company 3372 big obliquity of fully mechanized working face of hydraulic support stability, analyzes the fully mechanized working face big dip roof movement rules and supportg stress. Put forward the hydraulic support the corresponding prevention measures to prevent slippery fall, to achieve 3372 Angle fully mechanized working face safely and efficiently provide theoretical basis for the recovery.
